SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
Timoleon (subsidiary of the Ridgespear group) is a pioneering technology business that specialises in the design, manufacture and supply of innovative heating and cooling products for the built environment.

Supplying OEM customers throughout both mainland Europe and the UK, Timoleon is ambitious in its plans to deliver high quality products to its internal and external customers.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Production Planner and will be responsible for delivering the company’s strategic manufacturing vision. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and talented individual to take potential and create a world class manufacturing facility. The position will be supported by a team shift leaders that you will be tasked to recruit develop and build.

This is a diverse role with the successful candidate having the opportunity to grow, increase responsibility and develop in an innovative company.
This position is full time 08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday but a degree of flexibility is needed when required

RESPONSIBLE TO:
Production Planner

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the quality of goods produced and the quality control process
Management of the Production teams, including recruitment of new members
Health and Safety management and implementation (Risk assessments and inspections)
Design and efficient running of new and existing manufacturing processes
Reporting and data capture
Developing and improving procedures to deliver efficiency savings
Training and development of factory staff
Production of KPIs and monitoring of performance, productivity and efficiency
Preventative and active maintenance to ensure maximum productivity
Environmental and regulatory compliance

EXPERIENCE:
Held a similar position in the past
Proven track record in delivering manufacturing improvement
Experience in leading at management level
Demonstrable track record of success
Worked in a fast-paced multidiscipline team environment
Preferably with experience in CNC or similar manufacturing processes

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES :
Strong technical and troubleshooting abilities.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and Fusion 360
Effective Communicator
Ability to prioritise workload
Ability to work both unsupervised and as part of a team
Leading by example through respect
Excellent IT skills for organising and analysing data for presentations
